CCPA Data Deletion Request

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to request deletion of their personal information from our systems. Complete this form and we will process your request within 45 days.

Note: This form is for individuals requesting deletion of their own personal data from CareMAR's marketing and analytics systems. If you are a licensed RCFE facility administrator requesting deletion of resident records, please contact us directly at support@caremar.org.

By submitting, you verify that you are a California resident exercising your rights under the CCPA. We will verify your identity before processing and respond within 45 days.
